I crave for your indulgence to introduce myself. I am Mr.Dev Sanyal,the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff at BP Oil and Gas Company and a member of the management team of BP Oil integrated Services.

In April,2011 I was appointed to head a committee of seven (7) men to investigate and audit contracts awarded by British Petroleum from March 2007 to February 2011 after the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

In the course of our duty, we discovered among other things, that a whopping sum of Ј6,500,000.00 (Six Million,Five Hundred Thousand Great British Pounds) unclaimed funds is floating in one of the bank accounts operated by the British Petroleum (BP) at one of the International Banks.

After a more thorough investigation, we discovered that the amount was the result of an over-invoiced contract. The BP Chief Financial Officer told us in a closed session that he personally masterminded the over-invoicing of the original contract for the supply of Scavenger 2000 Depollution Boats with Voraxial Separators for the cleaning of the oil spill s in the Gulf of Mexico.

I am writing to solicit for your support and assistance in moving or transferring the fund away from here to a private account to be masterminded by you.
You will be given 25% of the fund in appreciation upon the completion of this noble transaction.
